Justworks in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Analyst, People Systems to own the Workday PATT configuration and support across Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking. You will collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate processing and timely releases.

You’ll lead system enhancements, develop advanced reports and provide training to People Team stakeholders, while safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in People Systems.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Experience through at least one full Workday implementation or major module deployment.
• Proficiency with Workday calculated fields, advanced reporting, and EIBs.
• Experience with security administration and role-based access.
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and data validation.
• Customer-centric, data-driven mindset with attention to confidentiality.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity or multi-country payroll environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the functional owner for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Lead cross-functional PATT projects from requirements through deployment.
• Configure and maintain core PATT setup and rules.
• Partner with Payroll and Finance on payroll cycle support.
• Own the twice-yearly Workday release cycle for PATT.
• Build advanced reports, dashboards, and audits for data integrity.
• Administer security for PATT areas and vendor integrations.
• Document configurations and train stakeholders.
