Job summary

KoBold Metals is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to design and run our Workday ecosystem as we scale globally. You will own configuration, data architecture, and HR process automation across modules, security, and integrations, partnering with IT and HR to deliver reliable workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in similar roles, expert Workday skills, strong data tooling (Python, Tableau, Airtable/Coda), and a first-principles mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years doing the work described in this job.
• Strong Workday expertise and configuration capabilities.
• Proficient in data analysis with Python, Tableau, and related tools.
• Automation-focused to replace repetitive manual work.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• First-principles thinker with reference to best practices.
• Interest in mineral exploration and geology domain.

Responsibilities

• Principal configurator of Workday modules, reports, and business processes.
• Thoughtfully architect HR data across all places where it exists.
• Manage the administration of review cycles within and outside of Workday.
• Manage HR-related integrations in collaboration with IT.
• Serve as our employee’s point of contact for HR systems questions.
• Configure and maintain various security roles and permissions.
• Partner with internal teams to build reporting and tools that leverage HR data outside of our HR systems.
• Contribute to the entry and management of employee data.
