Job summary

Mobile Communications America (MCA) in Fishers, IN seeks a Senior People Success Partner to act as a strategic partner to senior managers, translating business priorities into practical HR strategies. You will guide employee relations, performance, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness with independence and sound judgment to balance business needs and risk.

The role covers manager coaching, talent reviews, succession planning, and collaboration with Legal and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources, HR Business Partner, employee relations, or People experience.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior managers and business leaders.
• Strong experience managing complex employee relations and performance matters;Experience with talent management, workforce planning, organizational change, and leadership coaching.
• Strong understanding of employment practices and applicable employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability to assess risk and make sound recommendations in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect People strategies to business priorities.
• Excellent communication, influence, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior managers and employees within assigned areas.
• Coach leaders on performance, accountability, communication, team effectiveness, and engagement.
• Guide workforce planning and organizational changes.
• Identify manager capability gaps and develop solutions with appropriate resources.
• Lead investigations and advise on complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with Legal, Talent Acquisition, and People Success leadership on high-risk matters.
