PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic HR leader for assigned client groups. You will shape people strategies, partner with leaders to anticipate needs, and drive enterprise-aligned outcomes.

As a change leader, you will guide leaders through transformation and ensure HR aligns with business strategy to deliver operational excellence and results. This remote role targets Midwest region locations (TN, MI, WI, MO, OH).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in complex, multi-functional environments.
• Experience influencing leaders and driving alignment on people decisions.
• Strong ability to translate workforce data into insights and business outcomes.
• Experience leading talent strategies, including workforce planning and leadership development.
• Advanced organizational effectiveness knowledge including org design and team effectiveness.
• Proven change management experience in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic HR partnerships with assigned client groups and leads talent decisions.
• Advises leaders with data-driven insights and business acumen on organizational issues.
• Leads integrated talent and workforce strategies: planning, succession, leadership pipelines.
• Assesses organizational health and drives solutions across talent, structure, and culture.
• Uses workforce analytics to diagnose causes and drive outcomes.
• Guides large-scale organizational design and operating model initiatives.
• Acts as change leader for major initiatives, ensuring adoption and alignment.
• Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to design scalable solutions.
