You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational change, partnering with senior leaders to balance risk and organizational health. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR, HRBP, employee relations or People experience.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior managers and business leaders.
• Strong experience managing complex employee relations and performance matters.
• Experience with talent management, workforce planning, organizational change, and leadership coaching.
• Strong understanding of employment practices and applicable employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability to assess risk and make sound recommendations in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect People strategies to business priorities.
• Excellent communication, influence, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic partnerships with senior managers and business leaders.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed.
• Advise on performance, policy, and workplace issues.
• Assess risk and ensure consistent approaches across the organization.
• Collaborate with Legal and People Success leadership on high-risk matters.
• Identify recurring trends and recommend preventative actions.
