Job summary

PMA seeks a People Partner Lead / Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and to guide the People Operations Team. You will translate people strategy into practical initiatives across org design, talent development, performance management, and benefits design while delivering a consistent, engaging employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with senior HRBP responsibilities.
• Experience in national multi-state HR operations and employment laws.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex people issues.
• Experience with compensation planning, job architecture, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR business partnership with senior leaders on workforce planning and performance management.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate on compensation planning, benchmarking, and career track design.
• Design and administer competitive benefits programs and total rewards.
• Lead People Team development and process improvements across functions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and risk management strategies.
