Job summary

HYVE Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks an experienced People Strategist to translate business strategy into people initiatives that boost organizational performance and leadership effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, driving workforce strategy and change across a hybrid California environment.

Responsibilities include strategic partnering, organizational design, talent reviews, succession planning, executive coaching, and ensuring DEI-aligned people

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Executive-level HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong business acumen and organizational design expertise.
• Deep knowledge of US employment law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and senior leadership to design and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives.
• Guide talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development strategies.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and complex people decisions.
• Partner with Legal and HR COEs to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Champion company values and inclusive leadership behaviors.
