Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks an experienced HR professional to manage employee relations, support change initiatives, and oversee HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. You will ensure data accuracy, drive compliance, and collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and other HR functions to deliver seamless service.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, analytical thinking, and strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
• Support HRBPs with change management projects.
• Handle restructures, redundancies, and redeployment.
• Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle from hire to separation.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, and data integrity for compliance and reporting.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and integration for new hires.
• Administer status changes, transfers, promotions, terminations, and org updates.
• Coordinate compliance activities including I-9 and audits.
