• Experience in supporting and building talent plans.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to influence decisions.
• Exposure to organizational design, workforce strategy and planning.
• Experience in diagnosing and building leader and manager capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with ability to influence business outcomes through HR initiatives.

• Strategically partner with Business leaders to accelerate business outcomes.
• Work on big problems and opportunities, proactively identifying and addressing them.
• Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires.
