Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior People Partner embedded with Engineering, Product, Design and Marketing. You will drive org health and talent strategy, partnering with leaders to push the business forward with speed and care.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business units and centralized people functions, building scalable systems and acting as a strategic partner, not just an administrator. The role involves collaboration across finance and recruiting to optimize headcount and investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a people partner in scaling tech companies.
• Ability to coach leaders from ICs to executives across functions.
• Experience with org design, performance management, and headcount planning.
• Strong business acumen linking people strategy to outcomes.
• Comfort navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite leaders to drive people strategy for their orgs.
• Build deep business understanding and coach across all levels.
• Own talent calibrations, leveling, and end-to-end performance cycles.
• Collaborate with L&D, Compensation, Ops, Recruiting on programs.
• Translate business priorities into team structures and investments.
