Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partnering to guide HRBP teams across the US and Canada in a remote capacity. The role partners with senior leaders to align people strategies with growth, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

The position oversees HR policy, employee relations, retention, and compliance, fostering a high-integrity, employee‑oriented culture across multiple time zones. Strong leadership in a challenging, diverse environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership HR experience at the Director level or higher.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience consulting for a diverse workforce across multiple time zones (US/Canada).
• Experience in a unionized organization strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR Business Partners in the US and Canada.
• Develop and enforce employment policies aligning with business goals.
• Implement HR strategies fostering an employee-oriented culture of integrity and high performance.
• Provide expertise in employee relations, retention, compliance, and talent management.
• Collaborate on M&A projects with VP HRBP and Projects.
• Guide management with HR advice and counsel.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements by monitoring legislation.
