Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager for the People organization. You will own key People Programs from discovery to delivery, partnering with talent acquisition, compensation, and other teams to drive successful initiatives.

You will analyze data, manage risks, and communicate progress with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and impact across the company. A U.S. Person is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
• End-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Motivated by mission; able to work on defense-related initiatives.
• Thrives in cross-functional projects with technical and user-focused workflows.
• Strong judgment to determine next steps with minimal direction, and ability to empathize with users.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex project details clearly.
• U.S. Person required due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization.
• Develop, own, and maintain program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk registers.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform operational decisions.
• Build trust with senior partners and translate data into actionable project plans.
• Communicate across teams to align stakeholders and drive program outcomes.
