Chainlink Labs is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to drive end-to-end people programs and serve as the Chief People Officer for their teams. You will partner across leadership to align compensation, performance, and levelling with business goals.

You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management in a fast-paced AI-enabled tech environment, while maintaining a global, remote-first approach.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding technology company.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing.
• A default orientation toward business outputs and impact, data-driven yet empathetic.

Mansioni

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs that are necessary for our success, such as levelling, promotions, performance management/cycles.
• Driving organizational strategies such as workforce planning, organizational design, and change management through a deep understanding of our business, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with other People Team members to influence and uplift the execution of People Team operations.
