Job summary

Chainlink Labs seeks a seasoned People Business Partner to serve as the Chief People Officer for their teams, owning end-to-end people disciplines including employee relations, performance management, leveling, promotions, and compensation.

As part of a global, remote-based model, you will gather deep feedback and report to leaders to help the Executive Leadership Team address concerns quickly and with urgency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar model.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering and/or Product organizations.
• Strong interest and vision for AI and its impact.
• Bias toward business impact, data, anecdotes, and empathetic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Refine and guide development of People programs such as leveling and promotions.
• Drive workforce planning, org design, and change management with market insights.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to uplift operations.
