Chainlink Labs is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner embedded in business teams to enable success across employee relations, performance management, levelling, promotions, and compensation.

As the embedded Chief People Officer for your teams, you will gather deep feedback and report to leaders to address concerns swiftly. This global, remote role requires 8+ years of PBP experience and a strong technology background.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering and/or Product orgs.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing.
• A default orientation toward business outputs and impact.
• An orientation toward data but value anecdotes and experiences.
• Skepticism toward HR orthodoxy and emphasis on analytical thinking with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs such as levelling, promotions, and performance management cycles.
• Driving workforce planning, organizational design, and change management through understanding of business needs and market dynamics.
• Collaborating with People Operations, Technology, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to uplift People Team operations.
