Job summary

Chainlink Labs is a remote-first organization seeking a Senior People Business Partner who acts as the Chief People Officer for their teams, gathering insights and reporting to executive leadership to address concerns rapidly.

You will guide levelling, promotions, performance cycles, and compensation while collaborating with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to elevate People Team execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering and/or Product orgs.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and strong empathy.

Responsibilities

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs that are necessary for our success, such as levelling, promotions, performance management/cycles, etc.
