Job summary

Chainlink Labs seeks a seasoned People Business Partner to embed in leadership teams, acting as the Chief People Officer for their scope. You will own levelling, promotions, performance cycles, and compensation while gathering feedback to inform executive decisions. This is a global, remote role with EST overlap as needed.

You will collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to shape workforce design and organizational effectiveness across the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering and/or Product orgs.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing.
• An orientation toward data, anecdotes, and business impact, with empathy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs such as levelling, promotions, and performance cycles.
• Driving organizational strategies like workforce planning and change management through understanding of business needs.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to uplift execution of People Team operations.
