Chainlink Labs is recruiting a seasoned People Business Partner to serve as the “Chief People Officer” for their teams, embedding deeply with leadership to drive people programs and organizational strategies. The role emphasizes end-to-end mastery of People disciplines, data-driven decisions, and executive reporting.

All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based, with a preference for some overlap with EST.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering and/or Product orgs.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing.
• Analytical, data-driven with empathy and skepticism toward HR orthodoxy.

Responsibilities

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs such as levelling, promotions, performance cycles, and compensation.
• Driving organizational strategies like workforce planning, org design, and change management.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to uplift People Team execution.
