Job summary

Chainlink Labs is a remote-first organization seeking an experienced People Business Partner to support engineering and product teams, shaping leveling, promotions, performance cycles and compensation.

You will gather deep anecdotal feedback, report to team leaders, and act as the Chief People Officer for your teams to enable faster, data-driven decision making. Collaboration with a broad People Team is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced tech company.
• Experience supporting engineering and/or Product orgs.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing.
• A data-oriented mindset with empathy and practical insights.

Responsibilities

• Refine and guide the development of People programs such as leveling, promotions, performance management, and compensation.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to uplift People Team operations.
