Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering and/or Product orgs.
• Vision for AI and how it is changing the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Refine and guide development of People programs (levelling, promotions, performance cycles).
• Drive workforce planning, org design, and change management with business insight.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards to uplift execution.
