Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to act as the Chief People Officer for their teams, driving end-to-end people programs and reporting insights to leadership. You will influence workforce planning, design, and change management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support engineers and product orgs.

Experience in a fast-paced tech setting, a strong data-driven mindset, and a deep curiosity about AI impacts are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering and/or Product orgs.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing.

Responsibilities

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs such as levelling, promotions, performance management/cycles.
• Driving organizational strategies like workforce planning, organizational design, and change management with market dynamics and competitive landscape insights.
• Collaborate with People Operations & Technology, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards to uplift People Team operations.
