Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar model.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced technology company, supporting engineering or product orgs.
• Deep expertise with AI and a data-driven, empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Refine and guide development of People programs needed for success, such as leveling, promotions, and performance cycles.
• Drive workforce planning, org design, and change management to align capabilities with business demands.
• Collaborate with other People Team members to influence and uplift execution of People Team operations.
