• Proven experience hiring high-performing Sales and Marketing talent in competitive environments.
• Experience supporting broader functions such as People, Finance or Legal.
• Strong stakeholder management; advise senior leaders.
• Experience owning searches end-to-end: sourcing, assessment, offer & closing.
• Data-driven approach to improving hiring quality and efficiency.
• Interest in Web3, digital assets or financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define hiring priorities with senior leadership and calibrate roles to business needs.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact positions across Sales and Marketing.
• Build targeted pipelines of exceptional candidates through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Develop structured assessment approaches that differentiate track records from interview performance.
• Bring market insight into hiring decisions, advising on availability and compensation expectations.
• Lead offer and closing strategies with Total Rewards to secure top candidates.
• Continuously improve recruiting quality and efficiency through data, process design, and AI tools.
• Develop compelling candidate narratives linking Chainlink Labs' mission to talent motivations.
