Notion’s People Team seeks a senior HR leader to partner with engineering, product, and design leaders, shaping strategy and coaching across the org. This role is based in San Francisco and anchors in-office collaboration on designated days.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience with at least 3+ years in Engineering and/or Product.
• Deep knowledge of talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new organizations, leaders, and operating models.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for async and global teams.
• Understanding of state and federal labor laws.

• Build deep partnerships with leadership across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Advise on and execute people strategies that drive the business forward.
• Consult on Talent Planning, Org Design, Retention, and Change Management.
• Apply systems thinking to evolve people programs and rhythms.
• Share insights from people data to retain top talent.
• Support and shape 360 performance review processes and compensation planning.
• Coach managers to lead through change and improve employee engagement.
• Provide targeted development plans and enhance managers' training.
