• Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or Infrastructure teams.
• Experience in AI/ML companies or tech environments.
• Knowledge of North America employment law and best practices.
• Ability to develop confidential, practical HR guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and coach to leaders across Product and Engineering, including executives.
• Provide HR support across lifecycle with Benefits, Compensation, and Performance collaboration.
• Partner with management to foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Compensation, and finance to scale programs and policies.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects and leadership development for technical teams.
