Point is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to influence the employee lifecycle and optimize the People experience. You will work with HR leaders on onboarding, engagement, leaves, benefits, and compliance, balancing high-touch support with scalable operations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in People Operations, strong organizational skills, and experience with HRIS systems. This role supports a remote-first culture with a nationwide scope in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in People Operations, HR, or related field.
• Broad knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and core HR practices.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, leaves of absence, benefits, or other employee programs.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding experiences with welcoming, organized starts.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes: promotions, transfers, status changes, departures.
• Maintain accurate records across People systems and document changes.
• Help coordinate company-wide People programs and communications.
• Audit data and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
