Point is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to influence the employee lifecycle and drive scalable, efficient People programs. You will partner with HR leaders to support onboarding, engagement, leaves, benefits, and compliance while delivering high-touch support and operational excellence.

You will proactively improve processes, maintain confidential records, and help the People team scale as the company grows, balancing empathy with rigorous execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding experiences and ensure timely, organized starts.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, status changes, departures).
• Maintain accurate employee records across People systems.
