Job summary

Casepoint is seeking an HR Manager, People Operations to lead HR operations across the U.S. workforce, owning onboarding to offboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR service delivery.

You will partner with brokers, carriers, and vendors while ensuring accurate records and policy alignment. The role supports a hybrid remote model, with occasional in-person meetings as needed, and requires a proactive, tech‑savvy leader who can drive process improvements using AI and automation while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR operations experience.
• Experience with benefits, leave administration, employee lifecycle, and HR compliance.
• Hands-on HRIS experience and comfort with HR data reporting.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment requirements.
• Strong organizational, project-management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous-improvement mindset with AI/automation to improve processes.
• Ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding, records, HR operations).
• Manage benefits and leave administration with brokers, carriers, vendors.
• Oversee I-9 compliance, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and trainings.
• Handle HR inquiries and provide timely support to employees and managers.
• Maintain HR policies, documentation, and compliance calendar.
• Coordinate open enrollment, compliance activities, and communications.
• Establish controls and audits for accurate, compliant HR records.
• Partner on HRIS, data integrity, reporting, and compensation processes.
• Develop self-service resources for employees and managers.
• Drive continuous improvement roadmap using AI/automation.
• Build scalable HR processes and measure improvements.
• Take on additional People Operations responsibilities as needed.
