Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Account Executive to own complex client accounts in the PBM and health plan space.

You will lead strategic client relationships, guide quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to deliver value-driven solutions. The role emphasizes long-term partnerships, adoption of value-added programs, and alignment with evolving clinical and utilization trends.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years leading complex client accounts in PBM/healthcare
• 5 years managing executive-level client, broker, and consultant relationships
• 5 years of leading QBRs and strategic client engagements
• 5 years resolving complex account issues independently

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic ownership of a complex book of business with employer groups and health plans
• Direct client account strategy using clinical trends and data insights
• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants
• Lead QBRs and deliver customized insights and recommendations
• Upsell value-added programs based on client needs and opportunities
• Translate reporting and clinical insights into actionable recommendations
• Mentor Account Executives and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
