Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Account Executive to own strategic relationships with complex PBM clients, health plans, and broker networks. You will lead account strategy, QBRs, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Product to drive client outcomes and sustainable growth.

This senior individual contributor role emphasizes mentorship, data-driven insights, and executive communication to maximize value and retention across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years leading complex client accounts in PBM/health plan
• 5 years managing executive-level client relationships
• 5 years leading QBRs and strategic client engagements
• 5 years resolving complex account issues independently
• 5 years mentoring peers and contributing to cross-functional initiatives
• 5 years using client reporting systems and analytics to drive decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead full strategic ownership of a highly complex book of business including employer groups and health plans.
• Direct client account strategy, planning, execution, and refinement based on clinical trends and data.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Guide Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with cross-functional prep and customized insights.
• Upsell value-added programs based on client needs and opportunities.
• Translate reporting and clinical insights into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor Account Executives and lead internal initiatives.
