Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Tax Manager to lead the organization's tax reporting function and develop tax strategies. You will provide leadership and training to Supervisors and their staff in a dynamic HR tech and services environment.

The role requires deep payroll tax knowledge, multi-state compliance, and ongoing collaboration with senior management to minimize liabilities. On-site in Chandler, AZ, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years multi-state payroll tax experience and minimum two years of supervisor or manager experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and submits federal, state, or local tax returns, declarations, or extensions.
• Prepares tax planning reports and estimates the organization's tax obligations.
• Leads and trains Supervisors and staff in Payroll Tax.
• Stays updated on tax code changes and ensures compliance with laws.
• Maintain payroll tax systems and resolve discrepancies.
