Job summary

PCC Aerostructures is seeking a Payroll Admin 3 for a hybrid role supporting payroll processing across multiple codes. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with HR and finance teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of payroll experience, ADP expertise, and CPP or FPC certifications. This hybrid/full-time position offers PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years payroll experience.
• Canadian payroll processing or international payroll experience a plus.
• ADP experience and timekeeping familiarity required.
• Must work under moderate supervision with some independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 company codes.
• Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks; calculates gross and net pay amounts (salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, FLSA Overtime calculations).
• Maintains payroll-specific records and reconciles data; troubleshoots payroll issues.
• Assist with preparation of quarterly payroll tax reporting and research and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues.
• Assist with year-end reconciliation of payroll reporting, workers comp reporting and 401k reconciliation.
• Provide guidance to plant HR leaders and Finance staff regarding payroll matters.
• Project work: compliance reporting, tax reporting, and garnishment processing
