Job summary

PCC Aerostructures in Houston, TX is seeking a Payroll Administrator 3 for a hybrid role. You will process payroll for up to 33 codes, handle tax reporting, and reconcile 401(k) and workers’ comp, while guiding HR and Finance on payroll matters.

Requires ADP Experience, 4–6 years in payroll, and strong Excel skills. Conditional benefits include PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan; wage range is $30.00–$45.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years payroll experience
• CPP or FPC Certifications a plus
• ADP experience required and knowledge of Workforce Now or Vantage preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 company codes
• Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks; calculates gross and net pay
• Maintains payroll records and reconciles data; troubleshoots issues
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues
• Assist with year-end reconciliation of payroll reporting, workers comp, and 401k reconciliation
• Provide guidance to HR leaders and Finance staff on payroll matters
• Project work: compliance reporting, tax reporting, and garnishment processing
