The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payroll processing, with opportunities for process improvement and compliance reporting across multiple states and international payroll considerations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years payroll experience.
• Multistate payroll experience highly desired.
• Canadian or international payroll experience a plus.
• ADP experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, employees, and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 company codes.
• Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks; calculates gross and net pay amounts.
• Maintains payroll-specific records and reconciles data; troubleshoots issues.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues.
• Assist with year-end reconciliation of payroll reporting, workers comp reporting and 401k reconciliation.
• Provide guidance to plant HR leaders and Finance staff.
• Project work: Compliance reporting, tax reporting, and garnishment processing
