Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. Aerostructures Division is seeking a Payroll Administrator 3 for a hybrid role supporting payroll across multiple codes in Washington. You will process payroll, ensure accurate gross and net pay, and maintain confidential records across sites.

Responsibilities include quarterly tax reporting, year-end reconciliations, and advising HR and Finance on payroll matters. Strong ADP experience and attention to detail are essential; CPP/FPC is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years payroll experience
• ADP experience required; Workforce Now or Vantage preferred
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze high-volume payroll data
• Multistate payroll experience highly desired
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and management

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for up to 33 codes on a weekly/bi-weekly/semimonthly basis
• Prepare, document, and disburse payroll checks; calculate gross and net pay
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and related research
• Assist with year-end reconciliation of payroll reporting, workers comp, and 401k
• Provide guidance to plant HR leaders and Finance staff on payroll matters
• Project work: compliance/tax reporting and garnishments
