Job summary

PCC Aerostructures is seeking a Payroll Admin 3 for a hybrid role based in the United States. You will assist in processing payroll for up to 33 codes, manage payroll records, and support quarterly and year-end payroll tasks.

The role requires 4–6 years of payroll experience, strong ADP knowledge, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment. Hybrid workplace with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years payroll experience.
• Multi-state payroll experience highly desired.
• CPP or FPC certifications a plus.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 codes.
• Prepare and disburse payroll checks, calculate gross and net pay, taxes, deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and year-end reconciliations.
• Provide guidance to HR and Finance on payroll matters.
