PCC Aerostructures is seeking a Payroll Admin 3 to join our hybrid team. The role supports payroll for multiple codes, ensuring accurate calculation of gross and net pay, tax withholdings, and deductions.

You will reconcile payroll data, assist with year-end activities, and advise HR and Finance on payroll matters in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have strong ADP experience, CPA/FPC/CPP is a plus, and ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative setting.

Qualificações

• Requires intermediate payroll knowledge across multiple codes and states.
• Multi-state payroll experience highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in processing payroll for up to 33 company codes on weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles.
• Prepare and disburse payroll checks; calculate gross and net pay including taxes, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and year-end reconciliations.
• Provide guidance to HR leaders and Finance staff on payroll matters.
• Handle compliance reporting and garnishment processing.
