Job summary

PCC Aerostructures is seeking a Payroll Admin 3 to support hybrid payroll operations for multiple codes. You will prepare and disburse pay, maintain records, and work with HR and Finance on complex tax and compliance tasks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing across weekly and semi-monthly cycles, with support for year-end reconciliations and garnishments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years payroll experience
• Multi-state payroll experience highly desired
• Canadian payroll processing or international payroll experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize work with high volume data and meet deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication regarding confidential information
• Tax experience including state and local registrations and W2c experience

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for up to 33 company codes (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly).
• Prepare, document, and disburse payroll checks; calculate gross and net pay.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and resolve tax reporting issues.
• Year-end reconciliation of payroll reporting, workers comp, and 401k.
• Provide guidance to plant HR and Finance staff on payroll matters.
• Project work: compliance reporting, tax reporting, and garnishment processing
