Job summary

PCC Aerostructures is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support hybrid payroll processing for multiple codes. You will calculate gross and net pay, manage deductions, and ensure accurate timely disbursement of payroll checks.

You will advise plant HR leaders and finance staff, assist with quarterly tax reporting, and contribute to year-end payroll reconciliations in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years payroll experience.
• CPP or FPC certifications are a plus.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for up to 33 company codes on multiple cycles.
• Prepare payroll checks and calculate gross/net pay, deductions, and withholdings.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and year-end reconciliations.
• Provide guidance to HR and Finance on payroll matters.
• Handle compliance reporting and garnishment processing
