Job summary

PCC Aerostructures is seeking a Payroll Admin 3 for a hybrid role to support payroll for up to 33 company codes. You will process weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll, calculate gross and net pay, and maintain payroll records with high accuracy.

You will provide guidance to HR and Finance leaders, handle tax reporting, and participate in quarterly bonus and 401(k) reconciliation. Strong ADP experience and multi-state payroll knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years payroll experience
• Intermediate to advanced ADP expertise
• Multi-state payroll experience highly desired
• Strong communication and confidentiality
• CPP or FPC certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll for up to 33 codes (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly)
• Prepare and disburse payroll checks; compute gross and net pay and deductions
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and year-end reliefs
• Support 401(k) and workers' comp reconciliation; respond to payroll inquiries
• Support compliance reporting and garnishment processing
