Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar size company
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential material
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

Aufgaben

• Process and audit weekly payroll for up to 1,000 employees across multiple company codes
• Make adjustments via journal entries or established procedures
• Generate earnings, tax and deduction reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
• Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts and respond to inquiries
• Handle ADP payroll invoices and system upgrades
• Perform year-end tasks and recruit for audits and budgets
• Troubleshoot timekeeping issues and implement process improvements
• Support HR and maintain cross-functional relationships
• Complete special payroll and accounting projects as needed
