Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Payroll Admin 3 for a hybrid role based in the United States. You will process payroll for up to 33 company codes, disburse checks, and calculate gross and net pay including overtime, sales commissions, bonuses, and deductions.

The role requires 4–6 years of payroll experience, ADP proficiency, and strong Excel skills. Multi-state payroll experience is highly desired; applicants must reside in eligible states and will benefit from a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 4-6 years payroll experience required.
• Certifications: CPP or FPC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll for up to 33 company codes (weekly/bi-weekly/semi-monthly).
• Prepare, document, and disburse payroll checks; calculate gross and net pay (salary, overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.).
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and year-end reconciliations.
• Provide guidance to HR and Finance on payroll matters.
• Project work: compliance reporting, tax reporting, garnishments.
