Job summary

PrideStaff Financial is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a growing manufacturing leader here in West Palm Beach on a temp to hire basis. You will process multi-state biweekly and weekly payroll, prepare journal entries, and reconcile 940/941 taxes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of payroll processing experience, an AA degree preferred (HS diploma a must), strong Excel skills, and experience with ADP. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• AA degree preferred; HS diploma a must.
• Proficient in MS Excel, and Payroll systems - ADP highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state biweekly and weekly payroll processing.
• Journal entries and quarterly reconciliation of 940 and 941s.
• Handle taxes, garnishments, child support and other deductions.
• Calculate and process commissions and bonuses; prepare payroll audits.
