Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

• Process biweekly, multi-state payroll ensuring accuracy and timely payment to employees.
• Audit timekeeping records, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile payroll reports.
• Manage payroll adjustments including pay rate changes, deductions, new hires, terminations, promotions.
• Process garnishments, manual checks, stop payments, retroactive pay, and payroll corrections.
• Prepare month-end payroll reports and provide payroll data to Accounting.
• Research and resolve payroll inquiries involving taxes, PTO, direct deposits, garnishments, and wage calculations.
