Job summary

Toyota in the United States is seeking a Sr. Analyst – Payroll Solutions & Delivery to lead payroll initiatives, drive data integrity, system testing, and process improvements across T&L and payroll platforms.

You will report to the Manager – Payroll Solutions & Delivery and support Payroll Services' objectives. Your role requires strong project management, stakeholder collaboration across CSS, IT, HR, and sites, plus hands-on experience with UKG Pro and other payroll tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration across CSS, IT, HR.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience documenting processes, interfaces and data flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with UKG Pro and payroll platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for T&L and Payroll systems.
• Partner with North American sites and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Gather project requirements and maintain documentation.
• Track timelines, progress, metrics, risks, and challenges.
• Identify gaps, resolve system issues and suggest improvements.
• Develop and execute test plans and train end users.
