Job summary

Corpay seeks a Sr. Director, Global Payroll in Atlanta to lead strategy, governance, and execution of payroll across the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

You will ensure accurate, timely payroll, regulatory compliance, and scalable processes while partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, and Legal. You will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, drive global operating models, and manage risks with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with 8+ years in payroll.
• Global payroll leadership experience across multiple regions preferred.
• Strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global payroll strategy aligned with enterprise growth and financial objectives.
• Lead regional payroll teams, establish service standards and development pathways.
• Maintain a robust payroll control framework, data governance, and period-end processing.
