Responsibilities

• Process weekly expense reimbursements, payrolls, annual bonuses, and service awards for multiple sites.
• Provide prompt, courteous payroll support via phone, Teams, and email.
• Maintain accurate employee data including demographics and job data.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documents for payroll-related vendors.
• Act as backup for benefits administration and leave tracking.
