Job summary

Toyota's Corporate Shared Services - Payroll Projects & Delivery seeks a Sr. Analyst to lead payroll initiatives, ensuring data integrity, testing, data-flow analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement across T&L and Payroll systems.

Reporting to the Manager, this role supports maximizing Payroll systems' effectiveness by delivering projects aligned with strategic objectives. You will partner with North American sites, gather requirements, document processes, and manage timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required.
• Experience implementing payroll/workforce management platforms.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for T&L and Payroll systems.
• Collaborate with North American sites and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Gather requirements and maintain project docs and communications.
• Track timelines, progress, metrics, risks and challenges.
• Develop test plans and train end users on processes and system functionality.
