The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, analytical, and adept at leveraging UKG HRIS and payroll systems to enhance accuracy, reporting, and employee experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in benefits, payroll, total rewards, or HR leadership.
• Experience with payroll operations for a multi‑state workforce.
• Advanced HRIS, payroll, and benefits technology experience; strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll administration for multi‑state workforce ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll controls, processes, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll reporting, reconciliations, and year‑end activities.
• Leverage technology and analytics to improve efficiency and employee experience.
