• Certification: FPC or CPP is required.

• Experience with manual checks and off-cycle payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Review wages, overtime, deductions, taxes and benefit changes.
• Process adjustments for new hires, terminations, and status changes.
• Input approved adjustments in the payroll system.
• Review and resolve payroll discrepancies and tax changes.
• Balance payroll tax files and coordinate with payroll tax resources.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and document updates.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with clear communication.
